Her name is Zhang Mengqian from China and she say that she is attractive but couldn't find any boyfriend, she believe in destiny and fate that she will get someone in the near future. Anyway she is studying at University of Electronic Science and Technology of China in Chengdu, a Sichuan province in Southwest China.
It is part of their University culture that 7 and 8 is Girl Day for all female in that Uni that allowed them to write something and post on a wall. She posted a message that you can see below and she attracted her picture with it that is what attract so many crazy guy out there.
This Message say “My name is Zhang Mengqian, a grade one student in the university. I believe that I am quite attractive, but I am frustrated that I have not been able to find a boyfriend. But I believe in destiny and fate. If you would like to get to know me, wait for me outside my dormitory at hall building #5 on 11th March 2010 between 12:30pm to 12:50pm and shout my name. I will observe you secretly in the building. If you are my type, I will come down to meet you”
So touching right?

See how many freaking people are waiting for her under her dormitory hopping to get the chance of the lifetime. Her message attract the most guys as you can see most of the people out there do not dare to shout her name out loud but one of the guy in red shirt have shout her name out but nothing happen.
Most of the people is standing out there is hoping to see the attractive girl that do not have a boyfriend! But she did appear or come down to choose the guy she like. I think maybe she is scared with a big crowd of people.
But due to her popularity and stuff that have created a big buzz in China in the TV or newspaper! There is 101 thousand guys out there but the right one maybe is not in the crowd and somewhere close to you that you don’t even notice it.
