It is one of the stunning photo or some people call it is as GIF but it just look freaking amazing and it is something that you do not see everyday not because the GIRL is PRETTY or anything. Do not know how to explain to you about the pictures but it is something like there is small movement in the pictures that what make the pictures unique and SPECIAL.
She look pretty right? I think with flash moving in the pictures they call it ANIMATED PHOTOGRAPHY even though people normally call it as GIF! It look more amazing with the hair flying and clothes moving here and there
