Women Suing Google because Google Map Lead her to a Car Accident

sydneystreet

According to the girl that she trusted Google very much in term of Google Map. Her actual name is Lauren Rosenberg. But basically using a common sense that if people call you to jump you will not surely jump i mean in term of killing yourself or something like that. The story is like this:

Google_Maps_Navigation_beta_UK_Android_1-540x350

Google Map call her to walk that direction and basically it is in the highway, by doing so she is been hit by the car but using common sense you will not surely walk in a busy road you can kill yourself. By the way she was reading the direction on her blackberry and never look what is danger ahead.

Not only that Google have said that “Walking directions are in beta. Use caution – This route may be missing sidewalks or pedestrian paths.” She is suing Google for $100,000 i think for 100k for Google is nothing.  I think at the end of the way the judge would tell her to use a common sense.

lol this shows that you can't rely Google completely...I think she will lose her case because it was her decision to walk on that road! :)

mabel@ Yup something we need to use our common sense! We have it we should use it more often than rely on something
