According to researcher say that people that sleep less than 6 hours are bound to face dying prematurely. Does it sound scary? Even people that sleep more than 9 hours is not good too. So sleep on moderate by sleeping for 7 hours to 8 hours is more than enough per day don’t sleep like a pig.
If you sleep less than 6 hours you are bound to face sickness like diabetes,obesity and so on. Our body is like a robot if you do not charge battery or add grease it will not work properly same as our body lack of sleep would make our body can’t recover back what we have done for that day. So sleep wisely
According to researcher for people that are sleeping around 6 hours to 8 hours per day do not face any sickness or whatsoever it show that we should timed our sleep accordingly so that our body can rest and feel fresh on the next day than feeling tired.
